Saturday Property Assistant - Sales

Location: London

Hours: Saturday, 10am - 4pm

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Chestertons International is a multi award-winning London and international agency providing a wide variety of property services within the residential and commercial sectors, including Valuations, Sales and Lettings, Investment Agency, New Homes, Residential Development Consultancy, Property and Leasehold Services.

We're currently searching for an enthusiastic Saturday Property Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will enjoy a variety of work, including being one of the first points of contact for anyone visiting the office, managing incoming calls, and dealing with them in the appropriate manner.

Main Duties:

  1. Key Management: Keeping track of keys passing in and out of the office, via the key log and RPS
  2. Viewing Booking: Booking viewings for negotiators in their absence
  3. Identification Verification: Verifying identification from relevant parties
