Programme Manager Job Description
Recruit 12 is seeking a seasoned Engineering Programme Manager to lead our advanced engineering projects. As a programme manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. You will need to have exceptional project management skills, including experience with project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control, as well as a strong ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and records
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders

Requirements
- Strong background in project management, preferably with a PMP certification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
