**JOB- Quality Manager
LOCATION- Hampshire
TERM- Permanent**
**SALARY- £55,000- £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**
We are looking for a Quality Manager on a permanent basis to work in a fast paced Manufacturing environment as well as managing and leading the Quality aspects of NPD and NPI Processes. The company is going through enhanced growth with significant investmentwith continuous improvement
**The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Degree in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering would be beneficial or in a similar field
- Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, 8D and 5S
- Member of the CQI would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and passionate about Quality
- Strong leadership skills, ability to engage others effectively and drive change across all levels
- Results focused whilst comfortably owning KPIs and explaining performance
- Good project management skills for short and medium term goals

**The Quality Manager role will involve**:

- Managing & maintaining the company’s quality accreditations including ISO9001 and ISO14001
- Managing internal & external audit whilst acquiring and maintaining external accreditations
- Building strong relationships at all levels of organisation ensuring implementation of a quality culture across the business
- Review team’s capabilities and identify gaps. Implement coaching, training and performance management to develop required capability
- Investigate non-conformances, process & product issues and customer complaints
- Implement corrective and preventative measures with use of RCA tools
- Work with directors and SMT to identify and implement improvements to the Quality systems
- Reviewing of risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Support continuous improvement and team development
- Support ongoing investment in new products, processes and equipment
- Manage and enhance the business Quality control, including management of inspection, scrap analysis, concessions and returns
- Review and enhance the QMS to ensure it remains consistent and effective whilst ensuring smooth implementation.
