**Your new role**
In your new role you will take a hands-on and methodical approach to the design, implementation and enforcement of processes aligned with improving the company's quality, safety, and sustainability standards. You will also be carrying out regularly risk assessmentsand audits and look after the ISO systems. As a quality manager you will and as such be expected to play a full role in the development of the company strategy and business plans, in addition to general improvements in operation efficiency and technical awareness.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in a safety, compliance, or quality discipline with 5+ years manufacturing, distribution or similar experience.
- ISO certification experience is a plus.
- Managerial and/or supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency.
- Well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
