Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals as a Healthcare Assistant. As a key member of our community hospital team, you will provide essential care to patients and families, working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff.
You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of care provided and providing feedback to managers on areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will have a relevant level 2 qualification or equivalent, experience in a health or social care setting, and excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,528 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients and families in an in-patient setting
- Monitor the quality of care provided and identify areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff to achieve positive outcomes
Essential criteria include:
- Relevant level 2 qualification or equivalent (e.g., NVQ, QCF certificate of care, apprenticeship)
- Experience in a health or social care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
