As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front of house operation, working closely with the chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup of the front of house and counters operation each day to ensure readiness for service.
  • Coordinate the team to create a welcoming and efficient service for customers, focusing on delivering a Wow experience.
  • Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our menu and create engaging counter displays.
  • Conduct regular Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks.
  • Review and manage staff rotas to meet service level requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven front of house experience with the ability to manage a large team and handle peak service periods.
  • Friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate the team and deliver exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations in the catering industry.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
