Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Clark James Head Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing and new business client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales and customer enquiry calls to provide timely and effective solutions
- Produce and issue quotation and new business documentation to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Assist customers in protecting their material assets and liabilities through expert advice and guidance
- Follow up and convert leads, as well as make outbound calls to drive sales growth
- Achieve agreed sales targets, both individually and as part of the overall sales team
- Maintain and grow income from existing customers through proactive relationship management
- Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships with Insurers and Underwriters to ensure access to competitive products and services
- Stay up-to-date with all products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
