Employee Services Coordinator

As an HR Administrator at Carter Jonas, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in the delivery of HR services to employees. This includes managing employee data, processing documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Process documentation, including leaver process correspondence, system updates, and payroll notifications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including assistance with training, projects, and recruitment processes.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in an administration role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to prioritize workloads and manage high-volume tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
