About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Construction Quantity Control Specialist. In this role, you will assist the Commercial Manager in the delivery of various facade projects valued at approximately £2-£3 million.

As a key member of our small team, you will be responsible for updating cost plans, procurement, measurements, providing written quotations, negotiating final accounts, meeting clients and subcontractors, and investigating, notifying, and substantiating variations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably with a facade, curtain walling, or roofing subcontractor. Candidates with experience working with main contractors or other subcontractors will also be considered if they have demonstrated exceptional performance.

The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
