Job Description

We are seeking a talented Maths Teacher to join our highly successful and well-resourced department at a Good all-girls School in Oxford.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach at Key Stage 3 and 4, with a formal teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and approachable team, with a strong focus on academic excellence. The school has a well-above Progress 8 score, excellent behaviour, and able students.

The Maths Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students, and contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Maths to students at Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum
  • Assess and mark student work
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS
  • Experience of teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
