Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our members.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all areas of the club, including the exercise floor, locker rooms, and public spaces, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Restock supplies and amenities as needed, including towels, toiletries, and cleaning products.
  • Assist with special events and functions, including setup and teardown.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field highly preferred.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
