Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that all areas of the facility, including the club, exercise equipment, and locker rooms, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a welcoming environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Supply Management: Manage and maintain an adequate supply of towels, cleaning products, and other essential items.
  • Special Events: Assist with setup and cleanup for special events and functions, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
