Job Summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to support the efficient operation of our school's facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of the school's premises and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, cleaning, and other related duties.
Assist in managing contractors for maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with other staff members to address any estates-related issues promptly, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within an educational or commercial setting, with a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical strength and stamina to handle manual tasks, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation procedures.
