The Role

Charles Tyrwhitt is driven by a mission to make it easy for men to dress well. Our Flagship store on Jermyn Street is at the heart of our retail operations, and we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with our sales and operations teams to achieve store goals. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, developing relationships with customers, and contributing to a strong connection between our Jermyn Street store, Head Office, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve store goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and management tasks to maintain a high standard of store presentation.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure trading environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer service-led role in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong IT proficiency and good understanding of Microsoft Office.
