About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Beauty Sales Executive to join our fast-paced ecommerce team at Albert Roger Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, promotional strategies, and brand page designs to enhance our online presence and maximize revenue.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving targets in the beauty or FMCG sector, with a strong focus on Amazon and leading pureplayers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize brand pages on retailer websites.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ecommerce management with a strong focus on the Amazon and leading pureplayers.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving targets in the beauty or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and pricing skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
