EHCP Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled EHCP Coordinator to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As an EHCP Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) receiving High Needs Funding (HNF).

• Work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure the effective implementation of EHCPs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners to secure additional support for students.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify student needs and develop personalized support plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and support for students throughout their educational journey.
• Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and carers on EHCP-related matters.

• Graduate and/or vocational training in a relevant subject such as Education, Health and Social Sciences.
• Good standard of general education, including Level 2 English and Maths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
