About the Role

Fugro is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Regional Strategic Sales and Marketing team in Wallingford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our company message to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling multimedia materials, including presentations, proposals, digital brochures, flyers, infographics, motion graphics, and video content in line with Fugro's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing and commercial excellence teams to understand their design needs and produce high-quality content that meets their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to create user-friendly designs for digital projects.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of innovative graphic design in a B2B setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
