Vacancy Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mactech Energy Group as a Training Instructor, with an engineering bias, at our nuclear sector project. We are building a team of experts to support the development of our Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and Engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in I&C and Engineering.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, presentations, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in training and development, preferably in the nuclear sector.
  • Strong understanding of I&C and Engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
