We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to support the provision of 14-16 students at all levels in our vibrant College.

As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with cross-college curriculum teams and external agencies to provide support for students and their learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Classroom support and one-to-one support
  • Initial advice and guidance, progression support, and supervised lunch and break cover
  • Support for students with learning difficulties and disabilities

Desirable experience includes teaching assistant roles, support for English and Maths, and experience working with students with additional needs.

Essential qualifications include GCSEs grade A-C in English and Maths.
