We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Reeson Education, a leading recruitment agency in London.

The successful candidate will work with a small alternative provision in Romford, supporting students with behavioural needs and helping them to overcome barriers to learning.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for managing emotional and challenging behaviours, providing pupils with useful knowledge and advice, and diffusing challenging situations.

You will work closely with the Class Teacher and other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in mentoring and supporting students with behavioural needs, and a passion for working with young people at risk.
