Nurse Specialist Injector

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist Injector to join our Patient Support Programme (PSP) team. The successful candidate will provide on-site support to existing Botulinum Toxin (BoNT) services, delivering dedicated NHS BoNT injection clinics for patients with Cervical Dystonia.
Main Responsibilities- Administer BoNT injections for Cervical Dystonia, adhering to Trust guidelines and procedures.
- Manage clinic caseload, ensuring accurate updates to patient records and Trust reporting systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and carers, providing empathetic support and information.
- Collaborate with the PSP team to ensure seamless delivery of BoNT treatment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise in BoNT administration.
- Current registration with the relevant governing body (GMC, NMC, HCPC).
- Extensive experience in BoNT administration, with a minimum of 2 years in an NHS toxin service.
- Ability to travel and work in Trust BoNT clinics on a flexible basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
