Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Employer Brand Adviser to join our award-winning UK team. As a key member of our Talent Attraction Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and launching recruitment marketing campaigns across the nation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies that attract quality and diverse talent to BDO LLP.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that showcase BDO LLP's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with our Communications, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Work closely with our HR team to develop and implement effective employee advocacy programs that promote BDO LLP's employer brand.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring that our online content is engaging, informative, and consistent with our employer brand.
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies that showcase BDO LLP's expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
- Measure and evaluate the success of our recruitment marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with our recruitment marketing agency to ensure that our campaigns are effective and aligned with our employer brand.
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in recruitment marketing.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the success of our campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
