Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager | Luxury Interiors Business | London
We are excited to be working with a luxury interiors business in their search for a Showroom Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for welcoming clients, representing and maintaining the high standard of the brand, and overseeing the full order process.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team based in London that sources extraordinary materials and offers a diverse range of tasks on a daily basis. You will report directly to the founder and be part of a big name in the luxury furniture and lighting space, a key supplier to many of the world's greatest designers and architects.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, and proactive, with a strong background in the industry. Great organizational skills are vital, but the candidate should also have a sales-driven approach and the ability to effectively communicate with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and building relationships with clients.
- Having in-depth knowledge of the products.
- Maintaining the CRM system.
- Managing the high standard of the showroom.
- Handling the end-to-end sales process.
- Taking responsibility for sampling and organizing shipping.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the interiors industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Highly organized with a strong eye for detail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrated through past roles.
- Takes initiative and ownership of the showroom, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Eager to tackle challenges, contributing to the ongoing growth and improvement of processes and systems as the business scales.
- Comfortable working on a Mac, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Benefits:
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + commission
Location: London
Hours: Monday – Friday in office
