**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Barbering Vocational Trainer to deliver high-quality training in a unique and supportive environment. As part of our team at People Plus, you will play a vital role in helping individuals develop valuable skills and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver VTCT Barbering Training, embedding employability, literacy, and digital skills within the training.
  • Inclusive Learning Environment: Use adaptive teaching techniques to accommodate neurodiverse and other learners.
  • Real-World Experience: Oversee the in-prison barbershop, operating evenings and weekends, and collaborate with local employers.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £34,700 per annum.
  • A full-time position with 38 hours per week, including four days from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and one half-day per week.
