We are seeking a talented Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Tilia Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the provision of utility infrastructure and utility diversions.
  • Oversee the design and detailing carried out by externally appointed Consulting Engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with Public Authority and Utility requirements, as well as associated legislation within the construction industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Construction, and Sales departments.
  • Manage the procurement of utility infrastructure and utility diversions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, planning, and building construction.
  • Experience in project coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
