About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Syndigo PIM Solution Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving architectural discussions and contributing to business workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with customers' business and technology teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and add value and efficiency.
  • Analyse the current data model, source data models, and target logical data model to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Validate architecture principles and guidelines to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Communicate the architectural vision, benefits, and impacts of the implementation to stakeholders.
  • Create the To-be solution architecture and ensure its flexibility to cater for later phases.
  • Recommend hierarchies, attributes, and their configurations as per best practices.
  • Convert the logical model to Syndigo Physical data model.
  • Ensure future business processes align to the target data model and architecture.
  • Liaise between Syndigo's product engineering team and professional services team to find the most appropriate solution for customers' business needs.
  • Assist in defining the right governance model, security structure, and operational processes.
  • Suggest data quality metrics to measure data quality parameters.
  • Participate in business requirement gathering sessions, create and review technical requirements documents, and assist in the reconciliation of technical and business requirements.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Syndigo PIM and data management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of two full-cycle implementations of Syndigo PIM as Solution Architect.
  • Strong technical expertise in Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Workflow, Web UI, Inbound/Outbound Integration, Data migration, Dashboards, and Asset Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and working with people from different ethnicities and cultures is also desirable.
