Job Title: Syndigo PIM Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Syndigo PIM Technical Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for conducting architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes, analyzing the current data model, source data models, and the Target Logical data model, and communicating the architectural vision, benefits, and impacts of the implementation to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes
Analyze the current data model, source data models, and the Target Logical data model
Communicate the architectural vision, benefits, and impacts of the implementation to stakeholders
Create the To-be solution architecture and ensure its flexibility to cater for later phases
Recommend hierarchies, attributes, and their configurations as per best practices
Convert the logical model to Syndigo Physical data model
Ensure future business processes align to the target data model and architecture
Suggest data quality metrics to measure data quality parameters
Participate in business requirement gathering sessions, create and review technical requirements documents, and assist in the reconciliation of technical and business requirements

Requirements:
Minimum of two full-cycle implementations of Syndigo PIM as Solution Architect
Strong technical expertise in Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Workflow, Web UI, Inbound/Outbound Integration, Data migration, Dashboards, and Asset Management
