People Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at Nacro, a national charity that provides support to some of the most marginalised people in society.
As a key member of our People and OD team, you will play a critical role in building a high-quality HR/People Operations service that supports our colleagues in delivering exceptional outcomes for our service users.
Our workforce is highly dispersed, supporting people in communities across England and Wales, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging work environment that values diversity and promotes a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the operational aspects of our colleagues' employment experience
- Collaborate with the Director of People and Culture to drive transformational change in our People and OD team
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Work closely with our People and Organisation Development team to ensure a data-driven, evidence-based approach to HR
- Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that supports the well-being and resilience of our colleagues
Nacro offers a competitive salary of £37,939, 35 hours per week (plus 5 hours paid lunch), and a comprehensive benefits package.
