People Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at Nacro, a national charity that gives some of the most marginalised people in society a second chance.
As a key member of our People and OD team, you will play a critical role in building a high-quality HR/People Operations service that supports our colleagues in delivering exceptional outcomes for our service users.
Our workforce is highly dispersed, supporting people in communities across England and Wales, and we are working to make Nacro an ever more inclusive space for our diverse and diversifying workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the operational aspects of our colleagues' employment experience.
- Collaborate with the Director of People and Culture to drive a positive, inclusive, and engaging relationship between our colleagues and the organisation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring that our colleagues have the support they need to excel in their roles.
- Work closely with our People and OD team to develop and implement data-driven, evidence-based, and outcome-focused initiatives that drive organisational performance.
