Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of industrial assets, reducing downtime and improving overall productivity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset reliability strategies to improve equipment availability and performance
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus progression opportunities and enhanced benefits package including enhanced holidays and pension scheme.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in reliability engineering and asset management, with experience working in industrial manufacturing environments. A degree in a relevant field and professional certifications such as CMRP or CRL would be advantageous.
