Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled individual to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital power management solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will work on high-performance power management solutions, collaborating with top performers to drive innovation and excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate best-in-class power solutions for digital power applications
  • Collaborate with functional groups to understand market requirements and provide design targets
  • Develop power loss models to aid device design in making parametric tradeoffs
  • Benchmark competitive products and characterize power devices
  • Analyze power losses to provide insight for smart driver designs
  • Develop test strategies to verify system level robustness of final designs
Requirements
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Engineering or technical equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in the power management industry
  • Understanding of power electronics, control theory, and Multi-phase DC/DC buck converter topology
  • Automotive power background and understanding of AEC-Q1xx Qualification is a plus
  • Programming skills using Labview or Python with experience automating data collection
  • Experience modeling power converter losses and/or experience in power semiconductor characterization
  • Proficiency with ckt simulation and PCB CAD tools
  • Excellent lab-based problem-solving skills and ability to follow data to root cause
