Job Title: Private Client Tax Manager

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Manager to join a top-tier chartered accountancy practice in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take on a hands-on role with a well-established and reputable practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and preparing personal tax returns for a diverse range of clients
  • Overseeing a small team of tax professionals
  • Ensuring timely completion and submission of tax returns to HMRC
  • Providing expert tax advice to clients on a timely basis
  • Liaising directly with clients to ensure accurate and prompt completion of tax returns
  • Dealing with technical queries and identifying tax planning opportunities
  • Managing routine HMRC enquiries

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
  • A minimum of 4 years' personal tax experience within a practice environment
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in dealing with non-doms and HNWIs

The practice offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. Additional benefits include private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, hybrid working model, generous holiday package, and option to purchase additional holiday.
