Housing Dispute Mediator

This role involves managing a varied caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high-risk incidents, while providing vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing ASB cases in a housing environment, knowledge of the legislation and tools available to resolve these issues, and the ability to work proactively to deliver a customer-focused ASB service.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Resolve ASB cases promptly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Utilise all available tools and enforcement methods to resolve ASB cases swiftly and effectively.
• Prepare legal notices, witness statements, and case documentation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless case handling and resolution.
• Represent Paradigm in multi-agency meetings and discussions with local authorities and other key partners.
