We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks and provide them with the care and support they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with learning disabilities and complex care needs
- Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with a focus on personal care and support
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- A minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.10 - £15.97
- Bank holiday rates of pay - £18.15 - £26.62 per hour
