Job Title: Shared Lives Officer

As a Shared Lives Officer, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and developing Carers to ensure they provide excellent support to adults in their care.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure that Shared Lives Carers meet the needs of adults in their care, promoting independence, fulfillment, and community integration.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or a related discipline, experience working with people with assessed social care needs, and a sound understanding of adult safeguarding.

You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, mediation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in partnership with people and wider partners to identify services or resources that can support well-being.
