Lead Clinician in Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Specialist Team Lead to join our team on the Isle of Wight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rehabilitation and neurological knowledge, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists, developing and implementing service improvements, and contributing to the development of the rehabilitation service. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of occupational therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
- To develop and implement service improvements, including the development of new treatments and interventions.
- To contribute to the development of the rehabilitation service, including the design and implementation of new programs and services.
- To provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in occupational therapy.
- Extensive experience in rehabilitation and neurological knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
