About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onboarding Associate to join our growing client-facing team at Novata. As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' experiences on our platform are efficient, impactful, and built for scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide exceptional support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate regularly to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and services, to ensure onboarding processes are aligned and prioritized appropriately.
  • Continuously monitor and improve onboarding processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with client needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the private equity, finance, or ESG space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform onboarding strategies.
