We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough electrical safety inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identifying and reporting any electrical hazards or defects
- Collaborating with our maintenance team to rectify any electrical issues
- Providing expert advice on electrical safety and compliance to our staff and contractors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as an electrician with a strong background in electrical safety and compliance
- Excellent knowledge of electrical regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
