Electrical Compliance Role

We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. As an Electrical Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety and compliance across our properties.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents live in safe and well-maintained homes. You will work closely with our maintenance teams to identify and address electrical safety issues, and provide expert advice on electrical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct electrical safety inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and report electrical safety issues to management and maintenance teams
  • Provide expert advice on electrical compliance and safety best practices
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address electrical safety issues and improve compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as an electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address electrical safety issues
