We deliver innovative, award-winning services including Cleaning, Catering, Security, Technical Services, Energy Management and compliance, front of house, landscaping, logistics, waste management and pest control services to the public and private sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in the Gaydon Area. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the access and egress of the site, completing logs where required.
  • Regular site patrols, check calls, and reporting of incidents.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises during assigned shifts.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
  • Adhere to the company's policies, management plans, and procedures.
  • Support AML with the management and testing of the Fire Systems.
About You:
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a busy security role.
  • Strong people and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out duties while lone working and be confident filling in necessary paperwork.
  • Enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Well-presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
  • A Criminal Record Check, employment history, and Right to Work check.
  • SIA LICENSE is a requirement.
  • Driving License is preferred.
