About the Role:

PK Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join a dynamic school located in the heart of Nuneaton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities.
  • Assist with lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.
  • Work closely with pupils who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's unique needs are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • A positive, optimistic attitude and a passion for inspiring a love for learning.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach in dealing with daily challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to make a difference in the educational journey of young students.
