Job Title: Children Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new 3 bed EBD Residential Children's Home. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality care and support to young people, as well as inspiring and motivating staff to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
  2. Deliver person-centred care and support to young people.
  3. Demonstrate evidence of quality assurance and best practice.
  4. Lead and develop a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
  5. Ensure effective resource deployment to optimise service delivery.
  6. Provide feedback to the Head of Operations on service affairs.
  7. Positively promote and market the service.
  8. Establish and develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care.
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children's homes.
  3. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for residential childcare or equivalent.
  4. Full UK driving license.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Additional Pay:

  • Bonus scheme.
  • Yearly bonus.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday.

Experience:

  • Management: 2 years (required).

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required).
