Housing and Care Manager

We are currently seeking a Housing and Care Manager to join our team at Rayman Healthcare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the delivery of high-quality care and support services in a supported living environment.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the supported accommodation service, managing staff, budgets, and resources, while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported accommodation service, leading and mentoring a team of support workers and other staff members.
- Resident Support and Well-being: Ensure residents receive tailored, high-quality support that promotes independence and dignity, regularly reviewing and updating their care plans.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and standards, conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and service evaluations.
- Expansion and Property Acquisition: Proactively seek opportunities to expand the company's supported accommodation services, negotiating rental agreements and contracts with property owners.
- Financial and Resource Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective service delivery, overseeing scheduling and staffing levels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in managing supported accommodation or similar services.
- Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices in the care and support sector.
- Proven experience in staff management, budget oversight, and service improvement.
