- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track performance of business expansion and customer delivery.
- Responsible for developing wider business development opportunities – in coordination with the Operations Managers to drive greater bid invites and performance.
- Accountable for people planning, development and succession within FOC, identifying key resources, talent review and future planning.
- Drive the development of marketing and communication plans, and the establishment of long and short-term marketing and business objectives and goals at a client level.
- Review governance and management of Offshore Catering business unit, communication, and engagement with stakeholders.
- Benchmark company rates for feeding and labour with the major competitors – employ strategies to increase competitiveness whilst mitigating risk.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring the company is prepared for any potential challenges, including supply chain disruptions, and emergency situations.
- Provide evaluation of identified strategic options and business opportunities and obtain buy-in from management and parent company stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience working in the offshore catering industry.
- Extensive experience in a senior management position.
- Demonstrable experience in risk analysis and management.
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen – ability to navigate and interpret complex accounts.
- Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
- Detailed knowledge of remote catering operations, crewing and logistics.
- Detailed knowledge of key geographies pertaining to offshore oil and gas projects.
- Broad understanding of offshore operations and compliance requirements.
- PC literate with extensive knowledge and experience working with all MS office products.
