About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: up to £17.00 per hour, with double-time on Bank Holidays.
- Additional £13.50 for travel and wait time, plus paid mileage.
- Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle, with a minimum of one hour visits.
