Automotive Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

KPI People is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Stroud.

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance services, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox, and Engine repairs and replacements, requiring exceptional technical knowledge and manual dexterity.
  • Conduct in-depth electrical and mechanical diagnostics, identifying and troubleshooting complex issues with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure warranty repairs meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform new car PDI's and used car multi-point checks, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in automotive principles and practices.
  • At least 1 year post-apprenticeship experience, showcasing proven skills and expertise in vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • A valid full UK driving licence, enabling efficient travel to work and task completion.

Compensation Package:

  • An estimated annual salary of £31,500, reflecting the individual's value to our team and the importance of this role.
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x rate, acknowledging the dedication and hard work required to excel in this position.
