The role of a Maintenance Engineer is essential for the success of a busy high-speed manufacturing factory. We are currently recruiting an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our engineering department in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer at Pioneer Selection Ltd, you will be responsible for carrying out Preventative Predictive Maintenance Schedules (PPMS), attending to breakdowns, and participating in engineering projects such as Continuous Improvement (CI) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects. Your duties will involve working with a multi-skilled team to maintain and improve equipment efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a solid electrical and mechanical skill set. You must have a relevant engineering qualification and a background in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out PPMS and fixing breakdowns, with a strong understanding of 17th/18th edition electrical standards.
