About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Inbound Business Development Manager to join our UberEats Inbound Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth by converting inbound leads into loyal restaurant partners.

You will focus on enhancing the sales pipeline, improving lead response times, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your mission will be to expand our restaurant network and ensure that every partner feels supported and valued.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a sales team, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage sales processes, leads, and customer interactions
  • Experience in managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality performance from outsourced teams
