As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Allegion, you'll be responsible for managing our accounts receivable portfolio, analyzing financial data, and participating in Financial Planning and Analysis activities.

Responsibilities:

  2. Manage accounts receivable portfolio, including onboarding new accounts and conducting credit checks">
  3. Allocate payments, chase overdue debts, and reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger">
  4. Produce metrics and analyze Revenues, Accounts Receivable, and other financial areas">
">Financial Planning and Compliance">
  1. ">
  2. Participate in Financial Planning and Analysis activities, including forecasting cash and sales positions">
  3. Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures aligned with Sarbanes-Oxley">
  4. Assist in audit preparation and liaise with internal and external auditors">
">Process Improvement and Collaboration">
  1. ">
  2. Collaborate with sites and departments to enhance processes and gather data">
  3. Participate in ad-hoc duties as needed">

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or AAT qualification (advantageous but not essential)">
  • Previous experience in a finance environment (advantageous)">
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience (advantageous)">
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail">
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
