Job Summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team in the assembly area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling new pumps for Original Equipment and aftermarket orders, as well as dismantling and reassembling repair/service pumps. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure the production of high-quality products within the given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble new pumps for OE and aftermarket orders, adhering to laid-down parameters and work instructions.
  • Dismantle and reassemble repair/service pumps for OE and aftermarket orders, following established procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the assembly team to ensure economic manufacturing and meet quality standards.
  • Perform self-inspection and complete necessary paperwork and checklists to ensure quality control.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in resolving issues within the assembly department and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to drive down costs and increase productivity.
  • Perform other duties as required, including attending customer sites for service work and working in other areas as needed.
Requirements
  • Time-served Mechanical Fitter with up to 3 years of relevant experience in heavy manufacturing.
  • Understanding and experience of lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team.

Working Conditions
